Returns via courier collection

Email us at info@abruwi.com with your details including your order number, product quantity, Product code reason for return and registered email address at Abruwi.com.

We will then communicate with the courier company so that they can pick up your product (This will be free of charge if the product is incorrect, damaged or faulty. If they aren’t damaged, incorrect or faulty the recipient will be expected to pay for courier charges.

Returns must be made within 7 days, and they must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Our product comes with our brand sticker intact and if it’s removed, we will not accept. If the product has not been returned to us in the following condition, we will be unable to accept a return.

Abruwi.com does not hold liability for any import charges, nor any other fee incurred by the Customs Department or the Government of the respective countries.

Shipping & return

We give our customers the opportunity to refund or return/exchange a product provided it remains in a fully resalable condition. Returns must be made within 7 days and in their original, undamaged packaging. If the product in question has not been returned in such condition, we fully reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. The price of the item will be refunded to the customer account as store credits. Delivery costs will be refunded in the case of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
