PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

The prices are applied as listed on the webpage at the time of order. These prices are exclusive of taxes. The final price (including taxes) will be displayed in the shopping cart page.

DELIVERY

We deliver only to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is possible to ship to this address during normal work hours.

We ship according to the delivery timelines we have provided for each product. We seek to proceed with shipment as early as possible, but timelines may take longer for some products due to availability.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery usually takes approximately 4-6 working days since placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from abruwi.com. All items can be returned/exchanged for 7 days since receipt for a full refund. The refund will be credited back to your account as a coupon code.

All returns are accepted for the first 7 days since receipt except those deemed damaged by customers themselves.

Please ensure you pack your items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with the complete original packaging. Note if the sticker has been removed from the product. If it’s not their returns are not accepted.

If dispatched within 7 days (provided the items meet the required requirements of being undamaged) the refund remains subject to your return once it has been received by Abruwi.

You can inform us of a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at info@abruwi.com . Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.

A reverse pickup will be arranged for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges save the one time will be the customer’s responsibility
